No Bake Healthy Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 23 cup raw honey
- 1 12 cups finely shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup protein powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
- Take out of refrigerator and roll into approximately 18-20 golf sized balls.
- They are now ready to eat.
- Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
