Ingredients
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1- 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- Gluten Free
- Powdered Sugar For Dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Add butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt to a saucepan.
- Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth, then stir in oats.
- Press mixture into 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Let cool until set, and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
