Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 decent sized sausage patty
- store bought hash brown
- 1 handful of
- 2 slices monterey jack pepper cheese (or monterey as a non-spicy alternative)
- 18 cup of chopped onion
- 18 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon jalapeno powder (optional)
Instructions
- In microwave/seperate pans: Cook the bacon, then crumble it.
- Do the same with the sausage.
- Cook Hashbrowns till crisp then add jalapeno and garlic powder, saute onions and bell peppers.
- Once seperate components are near-complete crack eggs into a bowl, mix and pour bacon, sausage, onions, and bell peppers.
- Pour into pan with hashbrowns and began mixing everything.
- Add cheese and continue mixing.
- Once cheese melts enjoy!
