Nells Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• Chocolate bar
• broken into pieces
• 3/4 cup half-and-half

Instructions

1. In top of double boiler set over simmering water, combine chocolate and half-and-half .
2. Whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Pour over ice cream or cake.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
5. Reheat in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
6. Add a little more half-and-half if mixture is too thick.
