Ingredients

  • 2 or more pounds of beef or pork neckbones
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp adobo seasoning
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 can beef gravy

Instructions

  1. put neckbones in pot with enough water to cover.
  2. add seasonings and onion
  3. bring to a boil.
  4. reduce heat to medium cover and cook for an hour
  5. remove meat from pot and place in baking pan.
  6. add gravy and some of the liquid from pot cook at 350 in oven for 30 minutes
