Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 12 cups diced mixed vegetables (carrots
- beans
- greenpeas
- potatoes and cauliflower)
- 1 small tomatoes
- washed
- peeled and finely chopped
- 2 small onions
- peeled
- washed and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 6 raisins
- 6 cashews
- salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh cream
- oil
- to fry
- 3 large green chilies
- 2 teaspoons fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 14 cup pineapple
- pcs.
- 14 cup apple
- pcs.
- 1 pinch red chili powder
- 1 pinch cumin powder
- 1 pinch garam masala powder
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Cook the diced vegetables with a little bit of salt in them.
- Remove when the vegetables are fully done.
- Keep this aside.
- Saute the onions and tomato in a tsp.
- of oil.
- Mix the plain yogurt with the buttermilk.
- Keep aside.
- Ground together the ginger, green chillies, corriander leaves, raisins, cashewnuts, boiled vegetables, pineapple and apple.
- Keep aside.
- Now, mix the buttermilk-yogurt mixture with the tomatoes, onion, ground paste, fresh cream and salt.
- Garnish with chilli, garam masala and cumin powders.
- Serve chilled.
