Ingredients
- 1 each Large Onion
- 2 each Large Potatoes
- 3 each Large Celery Stalks sliced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb Ground Hamburger
- 1/3 cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 can Drained Kidney Beans
- 1 can Tomatoe Soup + 1/2 can water
- 4 dash worcestershire sauce
- 2 cup Shredded Cheese any kind
- 2 each Beef Boullion Cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Place onion, potatoes, celery, hamburger, rice, kidney beans in layers into a large roasting pan, starting with onions.
- Heat tomato soup, Boullion Cubes, water, worcestershire sauce until all blended and pour over other ingredients in pan.
- Cover and bake 2.5 hrs, remove lid cover with cheese, and place back in oven without lid until cheese is melted.
