Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • chopped
  • 1 celery rib
  • chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over medium for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add ollive oil, onion, celery, green pepper and kosher salt.
  3. Stir vegetables and let sweat for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add ground beef and cook over medium until browned.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for at least 45 minutes.
