Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- chopped
- 1 celery rib
- chopped
- 1 green bell pepper
- chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 12 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium for about 5 minutes.
- Add ollive oil, onion, celery, green pepper and kosher salt.
- Stir vegetables and let sweat for 5-6 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook over medium until browned.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for at least 45 minutes.
