Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 10 ounces rotel
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 6 slices bread
  • 14 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Make Rotel dip by melting cheese and Rotel in microwave.
  2. Brown sausage and add to cheese mixture.
  3. Scramble eggs.
  4. Spray casserole dish with PAM and put egg in dish.
  5. Pour Rotel cheese on top.
  6. Put bread in food processor and process until crumbs.
  7. Melt butter in skillet.
  8. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and put on top of casserole.
  9. Bake at 300F until bubbly.
