My Mother-In-Law's Recipes: Fried Tilapia Fish With Lime
Ingredients
- 1 tilapia fillet
- filet
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 12 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Coat both sides of fish with ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat pan with oil and place fish in pan.
- Cook each side for about 3 minutes (depending how thick the filet) at medium heat.
- Serve steaming hot.
- Serves 1.
