Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • chopped
  • 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans red kidney beans
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
  • chilli seasoning
  • saltine crackers
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry and drain hamburger, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a large pot and add chilli seasoning to taste.
  3. Let simmer for about 30-45 min and finish with crackers or shredded cheese and sour cream.
