Ingredients
- 1 cut chicken
- 3 medium onion
- 3 blonde beer
- 3 tsp herbs
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 120 grams unsalted butter
Instructions
- Season the chicken, put ina bowl and add one bottle (or can) of beer with half of the herbs.
- Let it marinade 3-5 hours in the fridge, covered.
- Cut the onion in julienne and melt 100gr.
- of the butter slowly in a large and deep pan.
- Take out the chicken from the bowl and let it dry in a papwer towel.
- Once melted add the onion and let it coom for 5minutes, always stirring.
- Add the other 2 beers ans the restof the herbs along withthe beer mix in the bowl.
- Let it reduce.
- Fry the chicken making sure the skin is crispy.
- Once the beer has reduced, add the chicken and let it cook for 5min before turning the heat off and serve right away.
