Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry mustard
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Combine mustard and vinegar.
- Cover and let stand overnight.
- In top of a double boiler over simmering water, whisk eggs, sugar, salt, and paprika.
- Stir in mustard mixture and cook, whisking constantly until thick.
- Pour into jars and cool.
- Store in the refrigerator.
