Ingredients
- 1 can (1-3/8 lb.) cherry pie filling
- 1 can (15 oz.) pineapple chunks
- drained
- 1 box (1-1/8 lb.) dry cake mix
- white
- lemon
- 1 can (3-1/2 oz.) shredded coconut
- 1 to 2 cup chopped nuts (Macadamians are the best)
- 1 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch glass Pyrex dish or SS pan.
- Spread ingredients in layers in order listed.
- Pat down lightly, DO NOT MIX.
- Bake in a 325F oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold with or without wiped cream or ice cream.
