Ingredients
- 8 ounces
- weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 4 ounces
- weight Maytag (or Other Good) Bleu Cheese
- 6 drops Lemon Juice
- 6 drops Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 8 dashes Salt To Taste
Instructions
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- Add milk until cream cheese has the consistency of thin pudding.
- Run bleu cheese through a mouli grater, add to cream cheese.
- Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard.
- Use a potato chip to taste.
- If you used a good bleu cheese, you may not need to add any salt at all.
