My Family's Carpaccio Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 packages Sashimi of your choice
- 3 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tsp Ground Mustard (Yuzu and chili pepper)
- 5 cm White leeks (finely chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 as much (to taste) Vegetables of your choice
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Cut the sashimi into thin slices, and sprinkle black pepper.
- Arrange with your favorite vegetables, cover with the ingredients, and it's done!
