Mustardy Sirloin Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
  • 23 cup peanut oil
  • 3 pounds beef
  • sirloin steak cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

Instructions

  1. In a medium-size bowl, combine the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and salt and peper to taste.
  2. Slowly whisk in the oil.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large ziploc bag.
  4. Add the sirloin cubes and shake to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least eight hours or up to overnight.
  6. Prepare the grill.
  7. Thread six or seven sirloin cubes onto each skewer.
  8. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium heat about six minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
