Ingredients
- 1 pound Mushrooms
- 5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Divided
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Chopped
- 1/2 cups Parsley
- Chopped
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- Rinse and slice mushrooms.
- Drizzle in 1 tablespoon oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Add remaining 4 tablespoons oil into frying pan over medium low heat.
- When oil is warm (not hot), add mushrooms.
- Cook gently for 4 minutes.
- Add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and cook gently for 5 minutes.
- Add breadcrumbs to soak up juices.
- Turn up heat for a moment to finish cooking, and youre done!
