Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- softened
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems
- drained
- chopped
- 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- divided
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- divided
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Heat oven at 350 F.
- Mix Neufchatel, mushrooms, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2 Tbsp.
- green onions and mustard until blended.
- Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until spread is heated through and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with remaining green onions just before serving.
