Mushroom and Chicken Livers
Ingredients
- 400 g chicken livers
- flour
- to dust
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 50 g butter
- 1 onion
- sliced
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- fresh or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup mushroom
- chopped
Instructions
- Toss livers in a dish of flour.
- Fry the livers in oil and butter,until cooked and brown.
- Set aside.
- Add the onion and thyme to the pan and cook until soft.
- Stir in the mushrooms, then add the livers.
- Season with salt and pepper.
