Mrs. Sweet's Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup shortening
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 12 cup cream
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 5 cups flour

Instructions

1. Cream the sugar, shortening and eggs.
2. Add shortening, salt, soda, baking powder, cream, lemon juice and vanilla mix.
3. Add flour gradually.
4. Roll out on floured table and cut with cookie cutters.
5. Bake 375F until brown (8 10 min depending on the size and thickness of the cookies).
