Mousse Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
- 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. pumpkin
- canned
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 1/2 c. Cold Whip
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Mix vanilla pudding and 3/4 c. lowfat milk and blend in pumpkin and spice.
- Add in 2 c. Cold Whip.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Refrigerate4 hrs.
- Then spread remaining Cold Whip.
- Sprinkle nuts on top.
