Mother's Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
• mashed (or possibly can use equal amount of canned sweet potatoes)
• 1 scant teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 stick butter
• 2 Large eggs
• Small amount of salt

Instructions

1. Spray large casserole with non-stick spray.
2. Mix sweet potato ingredients and put in casserole.
3. Mix topping, cutting in the butter.
4. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
