- cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 Tbsp. pine nuts
- - cooked penne pasta
- 1/4 cup Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
- 1 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
Instructions
- Saute chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in raisins and pine nuts; cook 1 min.
- Add pasta, dressing and lemon juice; mix lightly.
- Cook and stir just until heated through.
