  • salt

  • 6 cups thinly sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon saffron
  • 12 cup slivered almonds
