Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 yellow onion
- coarsely chopped
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- steeped in 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse to blend.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust to your liking.
