Ingredients
- 2 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 can Green Beans
- 1 can Corn
- 1 can carrots
- 2 can Peas
- 2 can pasta sauce
- 1 head cauliflower
Instructions
- In a food processor blend up cauliflower to a rice texture.
- Brown ground beef, and drain most of the grease.
- Add cauliflower rice, and mix together.
- Then drain water out of remaining veggies and add to large skillet.
- Add pasta sauce and mix together.
- Then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve afterwards.
