Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken Breast
- 6 Tablespoons Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Ginger
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Olive Oil
- 3 cans Diced Tomatoes (I Use The Ones Seasoned With Basil
- Garlic
- And Oregano)
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Distilled Vinegar
- Rice
Instructions
- 1.
- Take all the fat off the chicken and cut in squares.
- 2.
- Mix flour, ginger, salt and pepper on a plate.
- Coat the chicken in the flour.
- 3.
- Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil.
- 4.
- When the chicken is browned, add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and distilled vinegar.
- 5.
- Put on low heat and keep checking/stirring as it cooks, since it sticks and can burn.
- It will take about 45 minutes to cook.
- 6.
- Serve over rice.
