Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 6 Tablespoons Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Ground Ginger
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 cans Diced Tomatoes (I Use The Ones Seasoned With Basil
  • Garlic
  • And Oregano)
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Distilled Vinegar
  • Rice

Instructions

  2. Take all the fat off the chicken and cut in squares.
  3. 2.
  4. Mix flour, ginger, salt and pepper on a plate.
  5. Coat the chicken in the flour.
  6. 3.
  7. Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil.
  8. 4.
  9. When the chicken is browned, add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and distilled vinegar.

  11. Put on low heat and keep checking/stirring as it cooks, since it sticks and can burn.
  12. It will take about 45 minutes to cook.

  14. Serve over rice.
