Ingredients
- 3 cup Flour
- 2 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 3 cup Peaches
- peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Canola oil
- 2/3 cup Peach juice or milk
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 cup Pecan halves
- 2 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Toss peaches with flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake 50-70 min.
- or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cake cool for 15min before removing to a serving plate.
- Mix ingredients for icing and drizzle over cake.
