Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 lbs ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 8 ounces Hershey Bars
- chopped fine
Instructions
- oven at 350. in a large bowl beat eggs until foamy.
- add sugar a little at a time beating well after each addition.
- reduce speed and beat in ricotta 1/2 cup at a time.
- sprinkle in cinnamon and chocolate and mix well.
- pour into an ungreased spring pan.
- place pan in a large pan and fill it until there is one inch of water.
- bake 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- cool on rack for 3 hours.
- then run knife around edge to remove from pan.
- chill 2 to 3 more hours.
