Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom or both!)
  • 2 (10 ounce) bagsof shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups cooked broccoli
  • butter
  • to grease pan
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook rice, let cool for about 30 minutes then add to 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Add broccoli, soup and cheese to rice, mix well.
  3. Add shredded cheese to mix.
  4. Add a little salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Let cool about 15 minutes before gobbling up!
