Ingredients
- 1 lb somen noodles
- boiled
- 1 head ice berg lettuce
- shredded
- 1/2 lb boiled ham (from deli) shredded
- 1/2 lb char siu pork (find in asian market
- or make @ home) shredded
- 2 eggs
- thin sheets
- shredded or scrambled
- 1 red/white kamaboko
- shred into thin matchstick pieces
- 3 green onions
- slice
- 2 chicken breasts
- cooked and shredded
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- crushed
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp vegtable oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce (shoyu)
Instructions
- Lay boiled somen in a 9x13 casserole.
- garnish with remaining ingredients.
- Combine salad dressing ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Evenly distribute dressing over salad.
- cover and chill well.
