Mom's Quiche With Potato Crust Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lg. potatoes & skins
- grated
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/8 c. grated onion
Instructions
- Grate potatoes (in water).
- Put in colander with 1/2 tsp.
- salt.
- Drain 10 min.
- Beat egg and grated onion.
- Add in potatoes.
- Put in well oiled 10 inch pie plate.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min after first 30 min brush with oil.
