Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread
- (set out to dry overnight)
- Turkey neck and giblets (boiled till done)
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1 lg. onion
- minced
- 1 egg
- Broth
- reserved from cooked giblets
Instructions
- Brown sausage in large pan, drain.
- Remove cooked sausage and set aside.
- In same pan, saute/fry onion and celery.
- Cube the dry white bread and add in to celery and onion.
- Also add in sausage.
- Add in 1 egg and sufficient broth to moisten mix.
- Season with salt and pepper and poultry seasoning to taste.
- Place stuffing in a large baking pan, bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min or possibly till hard and done.
