Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 14 cup wheat germ
- 34 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 34 cup coconut
- 34 cup raisins
- 12 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Cream next 4 together then add to oat mixture.
- Add final 3 ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheets.
- Flatten slightly.
- Bake at 350F for 8-12 minutes or until golden.
