Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans green beans
- drained and cooked on high for 10 minutes
- cooled
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 13 cup salad oil
- 14 cup vinegar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can pimiento
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- chopped
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices bacon
- crisply cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Mix salad ingredients.
- Mix dressing ingredients.
- Put into serving container and put dressing on top of the salad.
- Top with cooked, crumbled bacon.
