In separate bowl, mix cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
Combine with whites, mix thoroughly.
Add cheese mixture two 8-inch clear mixing bowls, enough to cover the bottom of each bowl.
Add espresso and Kahlua to shallow dish.
Dip savioardi in espresso mixture and turn every 5 seconds until slightly squishy, and place on top of cheese mixture, in a row, until cheese mixture is covered by saviordi.
Layer accordingly, ending with the cheese mixture on top.
