Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 pkg. lime gelatin
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 pound cottage cheese
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatins in water; cold.
- Add in pineapple, lemon juice, and evaporated lowfat milk.
- Refrigeratetill thick and syrupy.
- Mix nuts, mayonnaise, and cottage cheese together.
- Stir into gelatin.
- Pour into mold rinsed with cool water.
- Refrigeratetill set.
- Unmold.
- Serves 10-12.
