Ingredients
- 2 (21 ounce.) cans pork & beans
- 1 c. onion
- minced
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- minced
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 3 slices bacon
- cooked & crumbled
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except bacon; stir well.
- Spoon in lightly greased, shallow 2 qt casserole.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 min.
- Sprinkle with bacon, cook 5 more min.
- Yield: 8 servings.
