Mocha Whipped Cream (To Ice Chocolate or Vanilla Cake)

Ingredients

• 2 cups whipping cream
• 14 cup powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. Combine whipping cream, sugar, cocoa and coffee.
2. Chill for 6 hours.
3. With your mixer, beat the whipping cream mixture until stiff.
4. Stir in vanilla.
5. Chill until ready to ice cake.
