Mocha Whipped Cream (To Ice Chocolate or Vanilla Cake)
Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 14 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine whipping cream, sugar, cocoa and coffee.
- Chill for 6 hours.
- With your mixer, beat the whipping cream mixture until stiff.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Chill until ready to ice cake.
