Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cooked crab meat
- 1 pound frzn or possibly fresh shrimp
- 2 big onions
- minced
- 2 stalks celery
- minced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Packages unflavored gelatin
Instructions
- Add in the cream cheese to the tomato soup, blend while heating and let cold.
- In small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 c. cool water, mix with soup till dissolved.
- In separate bowl, add in the mayonnaise to the seafood, celery, onion and a dash of each Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
- Mix together with soup, pour in to one large mold or possibly small molds.
- Chill till mold sets.
- Best if chilled overnight.
- Serve on lettuce.
