Mix Once, No Waste Custard made in the Microwave

Ingredients

• 1 whole egg
• 6 tbsp Sugar
• 2 tbsp Cake flour
• 150 ml Milk
• 6 drops Vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Put egg and sugar and cake flour and mix well with a whisk in a microwaveproof bowl.
2. Add milk and whisk smoothly.
3. Microwave without plastic wrap for 3 minutes at 500W.
4. Mix well with a whisk and microwave again for 1.5 minutes at 500W.
5. Mix with a whisk and add vanilla extract and mix again for a final touch.
