Mississippi Mud Cookies No Bake Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 c. fructose
• 4 tbsp. sugarless cocoa
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 stick butter
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 2 c. instant oatmeal
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. In saucepan bring first 4 ingredients to boil.
2. Boil till mix can not be stirred down, boil 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add in peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla; mix well and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
5. Let cold till set up.
