Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pints dashi
  • 1/2 pound miso paste

Instructions

  1. Place 2 1/2 pt Dashi in a medium sized saucepan and set a sieve over the pan.
  2. Rub in the Miso.
  3. Bring the soup to simmering point over a moderate heat, remove from heat and add a pinch of MSG.
  4. Add a garnish and serve at once.
