Ingredients
- 200 grams Pork sliced and chopped
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 clove Grated garlic
- 1/2 clove Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 tsp White flour
- 6 Shiso leaves
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a plastic bag and mix.
- Add the pork too and rub well.
- Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Add white sesame seeds, white flour and mix.
- Divide into 6 pieces and shape into ovals.
- Then stick on the shiso leaves.
- Pour sesame oil in a pan and brown both sides of Step 2.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes and then it is done.
