Miso and Garlic Flavoured Pork and Green Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Pork
  • 3 Green peppers
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Miso
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the pork and the green peppers.
  2. Microwave the garlic with the peel on for 1 minute at 500 W. While it's hot, peel and crush it.
  3. (Try not to burn yourself!)
  4. Combine miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Add the crushed garlic, and mix.
  6. Stir-fry the pork, then the green peppers.
  7. (Sprinkle salt and pepper as required.)
  8. When cooked through, pour in the miso sauce from Step 3, and continue stir-frying for 1-2 more minutes.
  9. Serve onto a plate, and you're done.
