Mint Tisane
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1 bunch fresh lemon verbena (optional)
- 3 c. boiling water
- sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Place 1 bunch mint and 1 bunch lemon verbena (including stems) in teapot.
- Pour in boiling water and allow to steep about 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, if desired.
- Serve in small Moroccan or other clear tea glasses.
