Mint Giddy-Up Shake
Ingredients
- 6 ounces double shot espresso
- 14 ounces mint chocolate chip ice cream
- whipped cream
Instructions
- Pour double shot of hot espresso in blender Add 4 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
- Blend until all ice cream is desolved.
- Pour into 16oz glass.
- Top with whip cream.
