Mint Chocolate Pudding Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKERS Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided", "1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided", "1/2 cup water", "1 tsp. peppermint extract", "1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding", "3 cups powdered sugar", "2/3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows", "1/3 cup finely crushed starlight mints

Instructions

1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
2. Microwave 4 oz.
3. chocolate, 6 Tbsp.
4. butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
5. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
6. Add peppermint extract and dry pudding mix; stir 2 min.
7. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until well blended.
8. Pour into prepared pan; press into even layer with back of spatula.
9. Microwave remaining butter and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min.
10. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
11. Pour over fudge layer in pan; spread to completely cover bottom layer.
12. Top with remaining ingredients.
13. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
14. Use foil handles to remove fudge from pan before cutting to serve.
