Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 10 tablespoons sugar
- or 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Pinch salt
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
- depending on consistency desired
- food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees
- Mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the oil and eggs and mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix until smooth.
- Add the milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour this batter into the 2-inch tart molds and bake for 15 minutes.
- Mix the butter and sugar together until creamy and smooth.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Add any desired food coloring and mix until well blended.
